While we make every effort to keep your data as secure as possible, please do not send any confidential information through the site. Please note that all loans information is recorded or destroyed according to Fannie/Freddie guidelines. Any physical copies are shredded according to compliance standards. 

No Contract Processing relationship are created by use of this website

You are not considered a client, nor covered by client confidentiality until a relationship and fee is established. 

We use a three file probationary period prior to establishing our contract relationship. Further detail will be provided upon request.
